I'm a solution-oriented leader who builds CX organizations with empathy at their core. I’ve been working in support for almost two decades, and I thrive in highly scrappy, cross-functional teams and strive to provide impactful support aligned with your business needs.

Out of college, I've exclusively worked at growth-stage start-ups, either as an IC on a high-functioning team or as a leader, building the team and operations needed to support a highly engaged, fast-growing user base.

At the heart of Professional Helpers' mission is my passion for revolutionizing early-stage companies through the crafting of exceptional customer experiences. By focusing on strategic CX innovation, I've guided teams in implementing automation and chatbots, leading to significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
