Time to Level: 6-12 Months

Titles: Customer Service Specialist (I-II), Channel Specialist (I-III), (Area) Specialist

How Your Work is Conducted

  • Help achieve team OKRs

  • Complete defined tasks

  • Receive guidance to avoid blockers

  • Receive regular coaching on voice, tone & KPIs

  • Begin learning in a self-directed way

 

Level Two.

You own an area, channel or discipline. You’re accountable for deliverables in that area.

 

Scope of Influence: Your Projects

Focus: Producing

Time to Level: 6-12 Months

Titles: (Channel) Lead, Senior (Area)

How Your Work is Conducted

  • Complete self-directed progress on defined tasks within your area

  • Produce regularly with guidance

  • Collaborate directly with peers

  • Self-direct your learning

  • Know to ask for help when blocked

  • Avoid rabbit holes

 

Level Three.

Have a consistent record of very strong ownership for your area. You are accountable for results in your area.

 

Scope of Influence: Whole Area

Focus: Results

Time to Level: 1-2 Years

Titles: Manager

How Your Work is Conducted

  • Help achieve team OKRs with little or no supervision

  • Translate ideas into productive projects

  • Guide others in your area (if applicable)

  • Be a resource for the team

  • Measure project results & impact

  • Know to ask for help when blocked

  • Begin to set strategy & vision for your area, with guidance
