Support CX Job Seekers

The Professional Helpers Job Network has a mission to support as many CX job seekers as we can reach by bringing open roles, community events, and industry news to them weekly.

The newsletter reaches thousands of members of the CX community across all functions, including customer support, community management, trust and safety, user research, and more.

Your support is crucial in this mission. The CX community, largely unsupported by integrated platforms, plays a unique and vital role —though often overlooked—in helping growth-stage companies build lasting relationships with their customers. I want to help passionate leaders find roles at these great companies so they can grow and support people together.

Below are a few ways you can contribute to this cause!

Hi, I’m Ashley!

The idea for the Professional Helpers job network started in late spring 2023, after 50% of my colleagues were laid off and after witnessing many other layoffs across the tech industry, which disproportionately impacted the CX community.

If you would like to be an ongoing supporter of this project, I would be incredibly grateful if you became a patron! Your regular donations go toward maintaining the quality and cadence of the newsletter.
